- First Cut to Length Designed in 1996 using ordinary induction motor vector control concept for 60 cuts/min and +1mm accuracy
- Manufacturing Set-up of 10000 sq ft & Office Set up of 3000 sq ft.
- Design & Installation of Rotary cutter & corrugation Lines more than 20 in a span of 4 years which are in running condition.
- Retrofitted PASABAN Duplex cutter with 100 percent efficiency & non proprietary products.
- Retrofitted 1st PASABAN cutter in 1998 at BILT Chandrapur plant.
- Retrofitted full flesh wills A4 Machine & Bellomatic Rapping machine
- Design & Installation of more than 5 Steel CR Fly Shear Machines
- Design Experience of critical Soap rapping machines having 600 soap rap per minute.
- Vertical Hydraulic servo presses installation of more than 1000 ton, more than 5 installations working.
- Design & Installation of ship duty crane automation control panel for MacPILER
- Retrofitted George Transformer Manufacturing Cut to Length Line.
- Experience of WMW grinding Machine retrofitting, Railway Wheel, Press Critical Applications.
